Our church strongly values partnering with missionaries and ministries through prayer, giving gifts and going out to serve alongside!
We believe in contributing to global and local missions work. That's why every month, we have a "Giving Barrel" focus that initiates awareness of and donations for a local organization. People are encouraged to bring items in to the large barrel in our church foyer. These go directly to benefit the selected ministry. Visit our Facebook page for the current project.

World Missionaries
Brent and Bria Colby | Belgium
The Colby's train European pastors, church planters, and missionaries to serve Western Europe and beyond. These men and women are called and equipped for ministry at Continental Theological Seminary in Belgium. Brent is a ministry professor while Bria provides medical support to the students. Together they are training others to reach the 97% of those who don't have a personal relationship with Jesus in 40+ local countries. Visit their website to learn more.
Brooke Miller | Belize
Brooke has been serving in Belize creating children's ministry standards and policies for our churches across the country and training children’s ministry leaders. She is working with ChildHope providing Christian education, school uniforms, backpacks, supplies, and lunch for school children in need. Lastly, she has started a new ministry called CREW (Children's Resource, Empowerment, and Wellbeing). Visit her website to learn more.
John and Beth Wilson | Royal Rangers International
John and Beth currently serve Royal Rangers International as Eurasia Region's RRI Coordinators. Their vision is to ignite a mentoring movement in nations around the world. Their mission is to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generations of Christlike young people and lifelong servant leaders worldwide. Berly & Jamie Bello | Dominican Republic
Jamie and Berly Bello are Assemblies of God missionaries to the youth and university students of the Dominican Republic. They have developed National Teen Ministries (MDA) and Uconexion (Chi Alpha DR), with the purpose of Changing a Culture through a Generation. Mike and Kari Ness | Central Africa
As Area Director, we lead our missionary teams within the seven countries of Central Africa, helping shape the strategy for planting, nurturing, and partnering with the church. Our vision to see a healthy church within walking distance of every African. We are empowering missionaries to be used by God wherever He has placed them, equip the national church to carry out the vision God has given them, and engage the places where communities are without access to the church. Ben and Elisabeth Bothwell | Chi Alpha at Bellevue College
Ben serves as a full time missionary to Bellevue College, reaching the secular college campus with the hope of the Gospel. Our mission is to reconcile students to Christ, equipping them through Spirit-Filled communities of prayer, worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission to transform the university, the marketplace and the world. Steve and Amy Shoop | Engage Ministries
They are the Directors of Engage, an AGWM program that provides opportunities for students who have graduated from High School to experience a mission lifestyle. Their goal is to help provide young men and women a clear path for them to follow that will help them discover the call to be a missionary. Evangelist who has dedicated his life to H.E.L.P. others by bringing Healing, Encouragement, Laughter and by making them Ponder. One of the ways we are seeing this happen is through Happy Life Studios. Adult and Teen Challenge Men and Women
This is a faith-based residential discipleship program with the purpose to restore hope to those who suffer from addiction as well as other serious, life-controlling issues. Compact Hillcrest Children's Home
Family Style Cottages for Foster Children and Youth, including kids with Developmental Disabilities. Vulnerable children come to them for redeeming care from state, court, church and other referrals. Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge (BGMC)
BGMC is the missions education program for all kids in the Assemblies of God. BGMC equips kids to know, care, pray, give, and to reach the lost. Speed the Light
Speed the Light (STL) engages, teaches, and disciples our youth in God’s mission to reach the lost! This is accomplished by creating a heart of missional generosity in students for the world's needs and our missionaries' needs. Students are challenged to sacrificially give to missions, reach the lost in their own area, and pray for missionaries around the globe. Their mission is to nourish and empower Lake Stevens today, building a resilient and sustainable community for tomorrow. Their programs include regular food distribution, basic household cleaning supplies, hygiene essentials, as well as various sizes of children's diapers.
